At Wall Jewels, all prints are made to order with precision and care. We process and ship orders as efficiently as possible to ensure you receive your artwork in perfect condition.

Shipping Details

• Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days.
• Delivery Time: Shipping within the UAE takes 2–3 business days.
• Shipping Costs (UAE):
  ○ Free shipping on orders AED 150+
  ○ AED 10 shipping on orders under AED 150
• Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
• Dispatch Address: Wall Jewels, Unit 8, DREC Warehouse, Al Manara Road, Al Quoz 1, Dubai, UAE

RETURNS, REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We want you to love your art. If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your order for a full refund within 14 days of delivery.

How it works

• The artwork must be returned to us.
• We cover the return shipping costs—we’ll arrange the pickup.
• Once received and inspected, we’ll confirm your refund status by email.

Notes

• Refunds are issued in AED to the original payment method.
• Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right.

• We’ll replace the item or issue a full refund once verified.
• Return shipping is covered by Wall Jewels.
• Please contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@walljewels.ae with supporting photos.

Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges only for defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied products. For preference-based changes, please use the 14-day money-back guarantee and place a new order.

Order Cancellations

• You may cancel any order for a full refund.
• If the order has already shipped or been delivered, you can still use our 14-day money-back guarantee: we’ll arrange and pay for the return shipping, and issue a full refund once the artwork is received back in its original condition and packaging.
• To cancel, email hello@walljewels.ae with your order number.

Refund Timelines

• After we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are processed within 3–45 days (payment-provider dependent).
• Payments made via cheque or cash are refunded within 14 days.
• If you haven’t received a refund after our confirmation, please check with your bank first, then contact us at hello@walljewels.ae.
