Shipping Information
At Wall Jewels, all our prints are made to order with precision and care. We process and ship orders as efficiently as possible to ensure you receive your artwork in perfect condition.
Shipping Details
- Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days.
- Delivery Time: Shipping within the UAE takes 1-2 business days, while international shipping times vary by destination.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and depend on the destination and order size.
- Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
All orders are shipped from our facility at:

Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy
General Refund Policy
At Wall Jewels, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you receive an incorrect, defective, or damaged item, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund.
- Incorrect Item Sent – We will replace it with the correct item or issue a refund and arrange for collection.
- Defective Product – We will replace the item or issue a refund upon inspection.
- Damaged During Delivery – We will replace the item or issue a refund once verified.
All refunds are processed in AED using the original payment method.
Order Cancellation Policy
As all our prints are made to order, cancellations should be requested as soon as possible.
- If the order is cancelled before shipping, a full refund will be issued.
- If the order is ready to ship, only 80% of the order value will be refunded.
To cancel an order, email hello@walljewels.ae with your order number and cancellation request.
Product Returns Policy
Due to the custom nature of our prints, we do not offer returns or exchanges for incorrect size or design selections made by the customer.
Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.- Returns are at our discretion and must be approved before shipping back.
- Custom-made and discounted items cannot be returned.
To request a return, contact hello@walljewels.ae with your order details and reason for return. Our team will review your request and respond accordingly.
Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.
- If approved, refunds are processed within 3 to 45 days, depending on the payment provider.
- Payments made via cheque or cash will be refunded within 14 days.
If you have not received your refund, please check with your bank before contacting us at hello@walljewels.ae.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, email hello@walljewels.ae with your order details.
Gifts
- If the item was marked as a gift, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return.
- If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
Return Shipping
To return a product, send it to:

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
